Positive pregnancy test at only 11 years of age. She did not know she was pregnant. She had no idea that missed menses, gradual abdominal enlargement and feeling something move inside her all point to pregnancy. Also, 18/F, pregnant for the second time; her partner, twice her age. Had an induced abortion at 16; at that time, her partner was thrice her age. When asked what age she was when she first had sex, she couldn’t answer. Not because she couldn’t remember, or was ashamed, but because she didn’t know what sex is.

Also, CAVE. Cavus, Adductus, Varus, Equinus. This is also the order that the deformities are corrected via the Ponseti method.

I am still not over the fact that I wasn’t able to report to my consultant on that oh-so-toxic OPD day. :(
